White sparkles - not an automotive term I'm familiar with.
Can you be more specific? Is it electrical sparkles, are just a general area of sunshine and lollipops?
And is it a pipe (as in fluid carrying), or a lead, as in electrical cable?
I'd suggest, if it is electrical sparks coming from a (high-tension) lead, then you would be best seeking the help of a mechanic pretty pronto. Also wipe the leads dry (if they are wet) WHILE THE ENGINE IS OFF!! - sorry to shout but those electrical sparkles will make you see stars if you grab them.
