There's a second phase of Hyde Court apartments going up for grabs at the end of the month on the corner of Townsend St & Moss St (close to Pearse St). Found the site on Google Earth and it looks like there is a block of flats right beside the proposed apartments.
It appeals to me because it's so centrally located. I asked a friend's opinion but he told me he was "held up" in that area so needless to say he didn't have a good word to say about it.
I would like to hear your opinions on the area or if you know anything about the apartments at all.
