HR Software ?

HI I am looking into purchasing HR software and am too lazy to investigate all the advantages and disadvantages of each one. I have worked with Advanced Systems Ireland and their TMS package before and like them. Is there any better one on the market that is as easy / easier to use / has more functions ????

Well it really does depend on how big your company is and what your specific requirements are. Are you a large multi-national, or a 5 man operation?

You really should do a bit of research into the various products and maybe try some of them out.

or if you're a smaller company, some payroll products also have limited HR functions, such as www.payback.ie
