How to handle trade mark infringement issue

Our online business revolves around our website. We are a UK site (though Irish based business). We own the trademark (UK registered) for our business and site. Our website name is followed by ".com" . For the last few years someone is operating a .co.uk version of our website address. There is nothing on it but advertising. How do we go about shutting this down? We have a very popular, well known, site in the UK and this other site is using our business name to make money off advertising, riding on our coat tails, so to speak. But doing so in a way that may reduce the credibility of our business if associated with this .co.uk version. As I say we own the registered trade mark for the website name in the UK. Any advice appreciated.

Send them a cease and desist letter telling them they are infringing a trademark and if they don't take down their site, you'll sue them.
