How to complain about carpenter?

Pity.
Dodgy work by sulky plumber recently.
Painter didn't smooth down fillers to wall cracks. I prefer the cracks to the lumpy finish.
Sensitive group of people to say the least.

Negotiate a lower figure. Tell him that you're not happy with the quality of his work and a percentage discount needs to be applied accordingly.
... That is so true.Is this work.you said was being done without your permission on the vacant house or work you initiated to gain access to the house?
If the latter, have you said this to the carpenter, and what did they say? If they are not engaging, and you have the company name, would the small claims process an option? You would have to be able to show the work was not up to standard.
