How to claim Rural Renewal Relief

Hi guys, I know this topic has been covered before but I'm confused as to how I go about claiming my relief. Do I send the form to Revenue to have it processed or do I send it to DOE? I have the booklet but to be honest I can't make head nor tail of it!!

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the 'section 23'? If yes then you send the form along with the builders cert stating the building and land costs etc and the compliance cert (from the doe) to the tax office(revenue).If you have all the info they need it takes about 6-8 weeks to get it all sorted.
