How to calculate top-soil required

I am planning on a making a raised bed in the garden. The dimensions of the bed will be 10 feet by 5 feet by 1 foot high.

I will need to get some top-soil to fill the bed and don't know how much to get. Any idea of how much top-soil would be needed to fill a bed of this size ?
 
For small projects the basic rule of thumb is 6m2 at .1m deep is 1 tonne.You can work it out from that.
