How should it take for ex-employer to issue my P45?

Hi, I finished my job 3weeks ago, I had giving two weeks notice.. I rang about my p45 they said they hadn't me exited from the system. So they said they would do it (yesterday ) I also have 3 weeks holiday pay ,. I was with the company nearly 3 years.. How long more should I have to wait? As I can't receive any entitlements with out my p45..

You can still sign on for Social Welfare without the P45, just bring it in to them when you get it.
 
It should only take a few days. It's juts a case of someone bothering to do it.
 
Just email yourself an email stating that your employment has ceased. One of the first thing I always do in a new job is get letterhead.

Sw can also issue an nr 20 form to get p45
