Just wondering, how are folks collecting rent in the countries they have their properties?

EG: Poland, Spain etc.

I presume you all have bank accounts locally? Is this the only way it can be collected?

The developer or the management company should be able to pay it into an account of your choice, wherever the account is. Of course your still obligated to declare it
If your investing overseas and expect to pay taxes on your returns, best to pick a place that has a double taxation agreement with ireland

I collect the rent via [broken link removed] The tennant deposits the rent & I can withdraw it then. Only costs 1.80 per withdrawel and no other charges.
You just need to get your tennant to agree to use it.

I own financial and real estate companys in lithuania. We have sold many propertys to irish lads. Basically what we do we transfer funds to their bank accounts. No problem.
Or we can transfer them to any lithuanian account and then client himself by electronical card transfers funds to wherever he wants.
