How do we deal with mortgage top-up loan?

Hello,

We are currently paying interest on our mortgage. So far the bank is happy with this.

Our big problem lies with not being able to service the top up loan we received from the same bank on the same mortgage.

Do you think the bank will agree to a moratorium on the top up debt? How do we approach them?
 
Same (MARP) rules apply. You need to contact the Bank again to request a moratorium on this loan and fill in the required documentation.
