The exemption1 states if the house is part of stock and always used as source of income since constuction, no charge is levy. i am a VAT registered landlord for purpose of renting with VAT number and no other income in ireland, and also file firmus 1 form for firms.
infact i live in australia and dealing with banks on arrears and legal process this is a now a new headache which might just place that last straw on camel--- am i legally exempt as renting is now a trading income in ireland. i would rather donate the sum to AAM
