I live in South Dublin and switched to Panda last year. Find them pretty good, cheaper than Dun Laoghaire Corpo which was my previous provider. There was a little confusion at the start about taking away my unwanted DL green bin but it all cleared up. Their collection is reliable. I am not sure how contactable they would be if there was a problem. However, on the whole I am well satisfied with their service and lower cost. Good luck in your home.
