I am looking at building a 2700 sq ft dormer and have only had 1 quote so far. They have quoted me €82 per sq ft for the house build. No kitchen, no timber floors - standard everything else. I'm in Cork and was wondering what do people think of this price??
 
That looks like a very good price rebellad. Just make sure when you get more quotes to compare like with like! Its going to be hard to beat that price thou! There is no way you would get a price like that a year ago, I hope its a sign that builders are a little more hungry for work!
