Wrong forum Hot water cylinder not heating up, although rads on full!!

Hi, can anyone help?

The central heating is on, but the hot water cylinder is cool. No hot water... aaagh!!

Anyone know why this has happened? And if you know, can you say what needs to be done to get it sorted out?

Anyone know why this thread is in the wrong forum? Where should it be?

Anyway, thanks to those who replied earlier. As I posted before the thread was decommissioned.... my darling little sprog left the hot tap running in the downstairs loo. No one thought to look there for a running tap, so that is what happened. Little sprog is now in bed.
