Holiday destination with 7 month old

Hoping to grab a week away with our then to be 7 month old in a few weeks. Any recommendations of apartment in Spain or Portugal that would be baby friendly and have microwave? Thanks

Don't know if its too late but we stayed here last April (end)

We also were in a different apartment in the same complex three years ago with an 8 month old. It was great. Close to the town. Alvor is very nice. PM me if you want more details.
