HKC securewatch alarm won't stop calling my mobile!

Help! I got the engineer code for my cancelled eircom phonewatch alarm. I entered my own mobile number in place of the phonewatch number. I then did a test run and the alarm called my mobile. I entered the user code and turned off the alarm. All great I thought!

THe alarm has just kept calling my mobile ever since! What do I need to do!!!!

It is set up incorrectly as the text feature needs to be activated. All this is doing is ringing your phone but your not a monitoring station so cant give it the acknowledge it is looking for. Thats why it will keep ringing you.
