I am helping my Granddaughter to write a constructive dismissal letter, but not sure if I will be able to adviser her correctly, she is disable and employer will not make adjustments for her. Is there way of doing this letter for her or should it be just like any other letter done when leaving employment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.;)

If you are looking to take subsequent 'constructive dismissal' action based on the employer's failure to make adjustments (in as much as they are required to by law), then you should take legal advice on the wording of the letter.

Is she really, really sure that resignation is the best option for her? From a tactical point of view, she might be better off not resigning, and leaving the ball in their court.

Unfortunately, the obligation on employers is quite low. They are obliged to provide any 'reasonable accommodation' required to accommodate her disability. The Courts will consider the size of the employer in deciding what is reasonable, or not.

She should probably involve her trade union, or the [broken link removed].
