Help, my sliding porch door is stuck (frozen I think), I can't get out!

The thread title says it all really. I tried to slide the porch door to get out and it is completely stuck and I suspect frozen over somewhere. Temps very low here last night.

Is there anything I can do. No amount of pulling and tugging is making any difference.

Try a hair-dryer /. blow-heater applied to the tracks / channels and the movable part of the door.

That worked!! thanks. Was in a tizz so couldn't think properly. Off to work now, will be late but better late than never I suppose. Cheers again.

Put some WD-40 spray on the rollers tonight or same thing will happen tomorrow.
