Absolutely horrible here in Ballina in Mayo. Lashing rain and windy and its like a night in winter. Think I will be lighting a fire this weekend too. I had to turn the heat on for a while the last two nights as it was very cold. Cannot believe having heat on this early.
 
Had the heat off yesterday and came home last night to a freezing house, even though it's well insulated and generally warm enough. It's been on today already and is still not particularly warm. Loving the idea of lighting the fire, we've had a firebag loitering in the grate since Feb :D
