got phone call from dcc. how long do i wait for a letter from DCC

Got a phone call from DCC two weeks ago. They said they would send me a registered letter. Last Wed I rang them as I havn't received letter.
Just got post today again no letter.

Rang DCC they sent they sent me two letters? Which I have not recieved
Is this unusual?

This is the 4th time DCC have said that they sent me something although I havn't got anything from them.

I get all other post - bank statements, revenue letters, bills etc!

Has anybody else experienced this with DCC?
 
I haven't had this problem but I would suggest you ask them to try sending it somewhere else - perphaps work or to a family members.

They will fax or email you a copy if you request this.

Just explain that you haven't recieved anything and check the address they have for you
