Probably a non-runner but maybe one of the insiders here will know for sure. Is there any way for me as a non-resident, but former resident with PPS and making VC1 contributions, to get a PSC or some other way to gain access to the verified part of mywelfare.ie? I always have to request contribution statements by post and they tend to take ages to issue. Online access would be far more convenient, but I suspect it's not an option for me.

According to this you have to be living in Ireland to get a PSC.
It doesn't state for how long.
If you can use an Irish address and are living here on the day you apply you might qualify.

I see from that link that I could theoretically ask the mother to write on one of her ESB bills that I am living with her. It's a bit naughty but would probably work ;-) It's not like I#m "completely foreign" in that I am in the DSP system and have a PPSN.
