frame/cover for extra large poster

I have a gallery poster which is approx 1.5m X 3m. Being so big I don't have a frame for it so it persists in curling at the edges. I'd like a 'frame' for looks and to protect it but checked in several framing shops and got quotes of between E200 and E300!

I don't even want a frame as such but some kind of 'plastic glass' covering for it which I could somehow attach to a wall. Does anyone have any idea where I could find such a thing or even what I should be asking for in shops?

You could get a sheet of perspex from a DIY shop or builders providers.

It's probably not much use to you, but I have a similar size poster for which I got a perfect frame in IKEA (in the UK).

Rather than glass, it uses some sort of perspex (for lightness, and presumably cheapness).
