L Leaky1 Registered User Messages 153 23 Oct 2014 #2 There's nowhere on the Form12 to state the amount of DWT paid. Once you enter the gross amount of the dividend at Line 22(a)(i), Revenue automatically grant you a DWT credit for 20% of the gross.
