First Time Buyer?

A few years ago I bought a house with myself as the sole person on the deeds and my dad on the mortgage. After a couple of years myself and my girlfriend remotgaged the house with her her on the mortgage but not on the deeds of the house.

Now we want to move if we buy a house, if we have my gf on the house deeds and both of us on the mortgage, is she still intitled to First time buyer?

Any help would be much appricated.

Unfortunately it won't be possible for only your girlfriend to be on the house deeds and both of you on the mortgage. This was possible in the past but it was changed a couple of years ago.
 
I would imagine that she is still a first time buyer as she has never previously bought a house. However if you are purchasing together both of you need to be FTB to qualify for the FTB Relief.
