Hi,
Ive posted a few threads about my situation with PTSB. I came off a two year fixed rate and was offered a tracker in 2008. I fixed again (big mistake) and was never offered a tracker in 2010.

I would not have fixed if i knew I would lose my tracker entitlement & I was never offered advise/caution when fixing in 2008.

Has anyone got any experience in writing a complaint letter & requesting a final response with PTSB?
Who do i address the letter too?

Write to the head office, send the letter by registered post, keep a copy and the receipt.

I have no experience with writing one of these letters, but just state all the facts;
You account number,
when you fixed,
what your contact says,

what was/wasn't said (no advisement, banks do have a legal duty to work in your best interest),
what has happened now,
what should have happened.


keep it professional, dont debate the issue. state in the first and last line that you require a FINAL RESPONSE on this issue.
