family court order directed equal division child benefit, problem is the staff at letterkenny, at the frontline do not appear willing or able to do so,
any tips appreciated, should I write to the minister and maybe some senior official might have a remedy?
 
Child benefit in full is normally paid to the mother of the child/custodial parent/custodial guardian. I'm not sure that there is a provision for it to be divided.

Can you not come to some arrangement with the other custodian to have it paid into 1 account & 50% transferred to yours?
