I need too buy a couple of metres of fabric and have already been to Fabric Select on PArnell st and Murphy Sheehy off Grafton st. but they dont have what I need. Does anyone know of any other fabric/dress makers shops in Dublin?
The place at the Ha'penny Bridge on the Northside. I think it's called the Woolen Mills, but I could be wrong. They have a fabric section upstairs. Also Hickeys on Henry St and in the Stephen's Green centre (is that one still there?)
Nope. The one in the Stephen's Green Centre closed a few years ago. And you're (almost) right - the shop at the Ha'penny Bridge is called the Dublin Woollen Mills.
