Examples of renting house costs and tax returns

Hi All

Just wondering does anyone have examples of the cost invovled in renting a property and the Tax implications ass with it.Depending on how much rent is paid. I know I can get all the formulas but I just makes it easier to understand if you have a few examples on hand.
So if any one would be kind enough to post there own costs and rent taken in and how the Tax works for them.Something like that would make a big difference to people working out if its worth it, renting out a place out an d hidden costs ass'ed.

I'd say no-one has replied yet because that's a very big question you have asked !

Have a look at the revenue website, leaflet [broken link removed] ,this should anwser most of the tax related questions for you.

If you have any more specific questions you might get some replies !
