Estate Agents fee gone up ??

Hi All
got quoted .8% off my estate agent but worked him down to .7.5% ,so went with them , recieved docs in the post to confirm etc and says .8% not sure weather to question him now or what , plus some of the brochure details are incorrect ,want a quick and pain free sale so not sure weather to bother bringing it up ,minor details like he says ceramic tiles in kitchen ,there solid marble but it can be clearly seen in the pic so again dunno weather to get him to change the stuff he got wrong ! any advice appreciated , ps , is .7and a half % a good deal ??

Too right .7 1/2 is good deal I've just been quoted 1.25% to sell our house and that was from 2 different EA's. But do sort out mistakes on brochure...don't allow any sloppiness from the beginning.

We had loads of errors on our original advertisment on myhome.ie.

I contacted EA immediately.
These things can turn buyers off, so why not send them and email highlighting the mistakes, better now, than miss out on potential sales in the months to come.
