We used John Dowling from DNG Dowling Fitzsimons in Kilcullen last year to sell a house in Kildare town. He was pleasant to deal with, efficient in terms of correspondence etc and had a low BS rating! He also matched the lowest rate offer we received (0.9%). The also have a new office in Athy, and were willing to advertise our property in many branches of DNG in Kildare, South and West Dublin.
We decided against using an EA in Kildare Town as there was little 'tourist' or through traffic in the town (prior to Kildare Village opening up) and so not much opportunity for potential purchasers to spot something in an EA's window, and so we thought it a better idea to have our EA in a in a bigger town with a bigger practice- i.e. Newbridge / Kilcullen.
I'm not a fan of EA's in general, having had a few bad experiences, however I would feel comfortable recommending John Dowling - BTW, i've no connection whatsoever to DNG!
