Quick question for those of you in the business, is there now only one company doing equity release loans for retired homeowners, looking for lump sum with no repayments during lifetime. Have been asked for help researching this, know its not a great option but seems to be their only option, tried the search but only older posts so want to make sure of up to date situation. Are Seniors Money the only ones now doing it?
