Hi All,

Has anyone ever dealt with Colour Investments, www.colourinvestments.com

They are offering off plan in Egypt (Makadi Bay, Red Sea) - Cash price is 90,000 EGP which is about 11,500 euro for 1 bed.

Any comments - what do you think of Egypt for investment. Any experience with Colour investments.
 
Without commenting on an individual development (which is now banned under the forum rules): Egypt as a location has been covered previously on this forum. Just do a search.

My view: Why on Earth would anyone go self-catering to a country where you can stay in a very decent hotel for a pittance, where supermarkets and other common facilities that you'd take for granted are virtually non existent outside of those hotels, where there are masses of massive unfinished properties littering the whole coast, and where the "next big development" is just a couple of Km further down the road?
