EFlow - Warning - check your statements

I have an EFlow account and previous posts will testify that it hasnt been a smooth relationship.

As such I've been keeping a close eye on my online transaction statement. My latest issue is highlighted below. We used the toll 4 times on Sunday, but when I checked the statement there were 5 charges.!!! The questionable charge was 20 seconds after the first legitimate one. Called EFLOW (using the Gaelige option) and they reversed the toll immediately as I assured them that I wasnt reversing down the M50.
If I wasnt checking the statements this toll could have gone unnoticed.

Be vigilant......

There was a piece on the radio this morning about how 10,000 bills (and not 10,000 cars, as reported in the papers) had incorrect charges on them. Apparently, they are 99% accurate. But, given the number of cars using the M50 every day, I'd be checking my transactions very carefully.

This makes me feel sick

After reading the post I thought it would be prudent to check my eflow transaction history.

Turns I've been charged for someone elses tag!
I ask myself how could I be charged for a tranaction on a tag thats not registered to me!

I rang them up. Got onto a guy who straight away asked for my name & number and said he'd get back to me. "The system" is down!

I don't think he's going to call me back.
Hopefully I'll get this resolved.

Hopefully you will.

A couple of days after barrier-free tolling came into effect, I got a call telling me that I had phoned to register a tag (or something), when I had done no such thing. They don't seem to be too careful about recording customer details, never mind administering charges.
