DVD to TV without the wires??

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help….
I have a TV on my wall above the fireplace…. And I have a dvd player on the ground.
Is there anything I can buy that will allow me to play the dvd but NOT have to connect the scart from back of the TV to the dvd player?
I don’t want a wire going from back of the tv, down the side of the fireplace over to the dvd…. I am looking for a wireless solutiong… if one exists!
I don’t want to "fish" the scart cable through the tube in the wall cause if it gets stuck then I am in big trouble.

You can buy wireless video senders that are designed to relay a signal to another room, and adapt it foryour purposes. I saw one in Tesco recently for €37. Obviously quality and price can vary.

Be warned though, the quality will not be as good as with a wired solution.

But you'd still have the receiver side of that hanging out of your TV, and possibly a mains power lead too.
