I recently purchased duplex apartment which is 15 years old. I would like to make interior wall alteration. The purchase lease agreement states that any alterations must be approved by Lessor, and i must submit plans and specifications. Before i proceed with this, could anybody advise me if they have gone down this route , is it a minefield, expensive or should i just forget about it.
