Dunboyne castle homes.

Hello
Does anyone know anything about Dunboyne castle we have put a deposit on a home there but dont know when its due to be ready apart from hte end of may?? Are they on time usually?

We moved into Dunboyne Castle last year.

Our house was supposed to be ready in late May/June. We moved in in early September.

I reckon we could have moved in in August but we weren't in any rush so the builders looked after those who were.

Was looking at Dunboyne castle houses and apartments, would love some feed back on the houses and the area.

A friend of mine moved there recently.
Seems to like it but has noisey rented neighbour at the back I think.
Also difficult to get taxis from Duyboune

What are the latest prices?
 
Depends on where you are going..airport 40.00euro though this is with a cab firm and not a taxi. We use mini cabs all the time and have had no problems, there are also lot of taxis in the evening around Dunboyne Castle Hotel.
If however you were referring to the latest prices of houses in Dunboyne Castle a 3 bedroomed town house that was 360,000 this time last year is currently 495,000
 
Sounds ridiculous when you could get a 3-bed semi-d in clonsilla, w/in walking distance of the train for €450.
