dublin city planning

I'm trying to check the documents online in the Dublin City Planning department of a proposed build near me only I keep getting an error page. Has anyone else experienced this with their site? I can get all of the other information from the site bar this.

On a slightly related note, if a planning application (in it's second round) returns with directives after two months what is the timescale once these directives are readdressed?

For get the web sites when set them up but dont seem to be maintaining of updating them properly, you have to go in person. Even them, I have found pages missing.
