Dublin 7 - Recommend A Builder

We've got a place in StoneyBatter which needs a good bit of work done. There are no tenants there at the moment. The plan is to fix it up & then rent it out. I did a search on previous posts and found someone recommended a Polish lad with a site www.buildpol.ie - tried contacting him but heard nothing back. Does anyone know of reputable builders who we could call upon to get the job done.

I'd recommend Tony McCarthy on the Navan road, he did a great job for us (extension) a couple of years back. Your job may be on a the small side for him though.

My sister got a job done by them and she was far from happy with the results and had to get somebody else in to rectify matters when they would not return to address the issues.

I need an extension done in D9 and tried buildpol and they told me they only work southside.
