Hi,next weekend parents travelling to Doolin.They will travel fr Dublin to Ennis and looking to rent a car and drive to Doolin for 2 days.
I cant seem to find any care rental in Ennis. any help would be great thanks.
 
Suggest you phone the Queens hotel in Ennis 065 6828963 (no connection except a summer job sometime in the early 90's) Say you are thinking of staying and wondering if there is somewhere local to hire a car. They used to be connected to a local car hire firm.

Otherwise, 2 suggestions...Shannon airport (12 miles away) has plenty of car hire places. Or if they are not planning to drive much, perhaps arranging a hackney to do a return trip from Ennis train station to Doolin. Probably could be negotiated for the same price as a hire car.

Best options would seem to be Shannon airport as previous poster suggested; loads of car rental firms in the airport.
Might be worth checking if one of them would deliver a car to the railway station.
