Hello all,
I bought contents insurance for an apartment I rent out, thinking, wrongly as it turned out, that it covered things like fitted kitchens, baths etc. It doesn't.
However, the insurance company said that I should contact the management company, if there is buildings insurance through them, to see would they cover replacing a bath which was damaged. It seems unlikely, but would they do this?
Other question... what insurance should I be getting? My own buildings insurance? Is there any point, what with excesses and no accidental damage cover?
Thanks
