I submitted receipts for out-patient expenses to Laya in October, and they returned them with a letter stating:
Any experiences with claiming after switching would be appreciated.
Does this mean that if I switch provider they will not pay? If so, is this unique to Laya? I've never seen this with VHI.Thank you for your out-patient claim.
Please find enclosed all receipts which relate to your next renewal. Out-patient claims should only be submitted once yearly following your renewal date.
