Dishwasher repaired, now leaking

Hi

We got our dishwasher repaired yesterday with a replacement new element and how during wash cycle a fair bit of water can be seen on the floor and indeed can be seen as coming from where the new element was fitted.

Any thoughts please

Id get the repair person out quick smart!! Maybe something was left lose or something anyway doesn't sound right does it??
