Disclaim Inheritance after IT38 is submitted and Revenue have those details

If I am one of 4 Beneficiaries of the Residue of an Estate and I provide my details for submission on the IT38 do Revenue regard me as having received that inheritance at that point or can I subsequently disclaim without any CAT Implications for myself, prior to final distribution.

Final Accounts prepared at this point and received by all Beneficiaries

They can hardly be Final Accounts if you are thinking of disclaiming!

There is a procedure to file an amended IT38
