Disappointed with BOSI's lack of contact with customers

As my title suggests I am really peed off by the lack of contact and lack of information that BOSI have provided us customers.....
 
you hardly expected them to write to you all first? Come on.

They stated today that they will write to their customers.
 
I expected a bit more that I have currently gotten. I have posted previously where by they advertise higher rates and when I rang them - I am told something different..

And given that the staff only found out what was happening an hour before the media did, who do you think was going to write the letters/make the contacts?
 
I will be sorry to see the branches go.

I have had a tracker mortgage with them since they came into Ireland.

I also have a credit card and a flexisave a/c with Halifax. I find their telephone staff extremely helpful.

The local staff are always extremely courteous and polite and I am sorry that they will be losing their jobs in the next couple of months. I wish them well in the future.
