Deposit paid to Fingal CoCo, what next?

Is anybody buying in Boru Court & if so have you received contracts yet ?? Im getting impatient now ! Snag finished 2 weeks so it should be soon ?! Nobody in Fingal coco wanted to answer the phone today ....
