We are currently going through foreclosure on an investment property in Florida. The bank has said they will persue a defiency judgement. The defiency amount will probably be in the region of $130 thousand after they sell the property. Apart from our family home we have no other assets. What is the likely outcome ? This is causing me unbelievable stress at the moment.
