Dealing with a Sole Trader as opposed to a Ltd Company

I had my own company on the go in Ireland for 4 years. I'm in Oz now. As I'm not a Permanent Resident I can't set up a company. I've worked in Recruitment here for the last 10 months & am now looking to go out on my own. I'm just going to test the waters & am thinking of setting myself up as a Sole Trader. I'm trying to think if other companies would be wary of dealing with a Sole Trader or if it would be an issue at all. Obviously my documentation will show my Business Number, Name etc. I'll carry the relevant insurance etc. Is there anything I should be wary of?
