Came across this earlier and went through the documentation.Regular kind of product but thought the use of simulated performance was between 'quite' and 'very' sharp in terms of the Consumer Protection Code.
Two tables are used ,one which covers '03-'07(+90%),the other '99-'02(-20%).
One would have thought that at the very least one of them should have been the most recent period ??A bit surprisingly,the Code is not prescriptive on this : however providers are supposed to observe its spirit as well as its letter.
