Came across this earlier and had a look through.Pretty regular stuff except for two tables of simulated performance - one covers 31/12/02-31/12/07 (+90%),while the other covers 31/12/98-31/12/02(-20%).
I would have thought it between 'quite' and 'very' sharp (in terms of the Consumer Protection Code) not to use the most recent period.The Code is not prescriptive in this regard but providers are supposed to adhere to its spirit as well as its letter.
