Cut Kingspan insulation ?

I used an old kitchen knife - flat blade. Doesnt create as much mess as a hand saw.

ENSURE YOU USE A GOOD STRAIGHT EDGE TO CUT (oops caps) against....
as gaps between boards will almost practically negate the insulations.

Always cut the boards a few mm wider than the gap as the timbers will shrink over time.... assuming your putting them between timbers.
 
jigsaw gives a very tidy cut with little effort but buckets of dust if plasterboard is attached
